DELIVERY
Delivery is free for all orders in mainland France.
For delivery within the European Union, a charge of €2.90 will be applied to your order.
All jewelry is carefully packaged in a beige jute pouch and is sent with La Poste within 1 to 3 working days. You will receive a tracking number to ensure that the order has arrived in your mailbox.
REFUND
From the delivery of your order, you have a period of 14 days to return the jewelry you wish to be reimbursed. It is also possible to obtain a voucher.
Return conditions:
1- The jewel must be in its original condition
2 - The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the jewel
3 - Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (1 to 2 stamps)
